    Bought this because I had stiff knees, ankles, feet. Basically my whole lower body felt achy and stiff lol. After only 1 month my legs, knees and joint feel 10x better. I don't know how to explain it but its like every time I move, it just feels smoother/easier. 10/10 recommend

        I used to do wall stretches but the tightness in my calves and achilles never went away. My PT said that most of those movesdon't actually target the deeper muscle. I have tried many different boards since then but this one is the best. I ordered this and honestly felt the difference in two sessions. I use it to strengthen my knees as well.         I bought this product to help with constant calf and shin muscle tightness. Yes, even the front, thin muscle across the shin is also in knots. About the product, first, I appreciate the natural wood. The non slip spots for my feet do work. My shoes aren't sliding at all. I've started with the least inclined step and can feel the stretch through even the back of my knees and thighs. I'll admit, I was worried because I currently weigh 199 and I wasn't sure if it would be strong enough. It didn't buckle or crack and the stretch is amazing! This product is sturdy, well made, and works better than expected. I highly recommend it!!
